Very excited about moving to tackle and full –field tomorrow; please find draw attached below.
The Learning Tackle games are for everyone you’ve got who is not feeling quite up to the mark re: competitive tackle yet. I will ref those games and we’ll play modified contact or even rippa as needed. Remember—bring em along and we will make sure they get some game time.
There are two games drawn for each school tomorrow; because it’s a bigger workload (field size and contact), there are bigger spaces between games. Please make sure the girls have some warm layers and water bottles/ snack for in between games!
Stoked to have Ruapehu College joining us tomorrow!
Next week we have a couple of guest teams joining us with well-established sevens programs: Feilding Ag and Manukura will be popping over to play an exhibition game and a “tournament team” at the close of day. I am looking for a couple of nominations for this from you prior to tomorrow if possible, or I’ll have a look and a chat to you through the afternoon. Wanganui will be sending a U19 and a U15 girls’ team each up to New Plymouth to curtain raise Taranaki v Tasman Makos on the 8th October, and we’d like to pick from this crew.
Draw below: let me know if ANY ISSUES, PLEASE, and I look forward to seeing you ON TIME. If any changes are made I will resend the draw by tomorrow lunch-time.
