Great effort on the weekend promoting positive rugby.
Please see our JAB tables updated to include this past weekends fixtures. There were a few odd scores, so please make sure that you confirm with the opposition coach and agree on a score between the two of you…………..amicably of course.
Unless there are huge discrepancies, we will query.
Congratulations to the Wanganui Pirates Under 8 team, who will be the ‘McDonalds Wanganui Team of the Week’.
Although there is no junior rugby, we will still have a Team of the Week play on the park, as they are celebrating Old Timers Day.
Have received queries from some that the Marist team did not wear the gear, and they did check with me first. With 25 plus players, quantity was an issue as well as suitable sizes for all the team. They did wear them at the restaurant. They did communicate with me as well prior.
Ken will have draw out later in week, and remember to let everyone know that there is no junior rugby this Saturday.
